  1. Identify your team and agree objectives
  2. Deploy the confidential online assessment
  3. Conduct a 2 day workshop to present results, coach team and set actions
  4. Team coaching via teleconference calls – 2 x 1 hour per month
  5. Follow up 2 day workshop (option to retake the online assessment prior to workshop)
