Tony Barton - Founder of Red Kite World

Tony worked with Bass in the 80’s where he enjoyed (really enjoyed!) the experience of working on the biggest booze brands in the country with some of the best agencies in London – like Carling and WCRS.

The 90’s was a decade of outstanding success with The Marketing Store Worldwide (TMSW) where he was a main board director and instrumental in growing the business from a small regional agency to an international marcoms agency.

The 2000’s decade saw a complete shift of career into coaching and leadership training. Tony rapidly established himself in this growing industry by becoming one of the first European leaders of the highly regarded CTI Co-Active coach-training programme.

And now in the current decade he is working as a leadership trainer and coach with global companies like Siemens, Vodafone, ING Bank and Sony.
